Version 4.1.5.7 for Windows and 4.1.5.6 for Amiga is available for download, the MacOS verson will follow soon. There will also be a Linux and after that MacOS X version is planned. There is no release date yet, but we will keep you informed.

PageStream 4.1.3.4

26. April 2002: This week Grasshopper LLC released the version 4.1.3.4 of PageStream for Amiga, Windows and Macintosh. All customers that are registered for our Online service may download this version from our download area.

PageStream 4.1 Amiga

31. Jan. 2001: Finally the Amiga version of the new PageStream 4.1 is available. The highlights of this version are: tables, built in mail merge, PDF export control over compression and encoding, custom column widths and gutters inside text frames, move pages between chapters, duplicate/transform objects across pages, speed improvements and of course much more.

Price for the update from 4.0 to 4.1 is 65 Euro. For an additional 75 Euro you can purchase a sidegrade to another OS (Mac or Windows). You can also sidegrade directly from the Amiga version to a Mac or Windows version for just 65 Euro (from PageStream 4.x) or 145 Euro (from PageStream 3.x). All prices incl. TAX.

PageStream 4.1

28. Jan. 2001: We are starting to deliver version 4.1 for Windows today. We waited a bit longer this time, because we wanted to be sure that it is a stable version. Our first test proofed that the current version 4.1.2 is very stable.

Since some time there is also the Macintosh version 4.1 available from Grasshopper. This is still not a release version, so we will wait for that.

We also expect the Amiga version 4.1 to be available soon.

English PageStream manual available

03. Aug. 2001: Grasshopper just released the English manual of PageStream 4 for Amiga, Windows & Macintosh as a PDF file. Customers of Grasshopper will find it in their secure download area. Review in maclife

[...] Nevertheless PageStream is fully convincing in version 4. It can be seen as a third professional DTP-solution on the MAC, next to XPress and InDesign. Contrary to the industrygiants, it manages the twofold between professional and hobbyist, thanks to the attractive price. But also the seasoned XPress-professional should consider at this price point, to install PageStream as an alternative platform.

PageStream speaks Dutch

Dutch PageStream Amiga 4 users can now use their favorite DTP-Package in their own language. The program has been translated into Dutch, and the translation files can be found on our FTP. Next in the works for Dutch users is a Dutch dictionary and hyphenation tables.
